Over the past several years, the US had tried to faster the impression that it had withdrawn from involvement in the affairs of Kampuchea and was only interested in feeding hungry people and supporting initiatives by ASEAN countries regarding self determination for Kampuchea.
អស់កាលទៅកន្លងប៉ុន្មានឆ្នាំ សហរដ្ឋអាមេរិកមានបំណងចង់ពន្លឺឥទ្ធិពលរបស់ ខ្លួនថាបានដកចេញពីការលូកដៃចូលជ្រៀកជ្រែកនៅក្នុងកិច្ចការរបស់កម្ពុជា និងផ្ដោតអារម្មណ៍សំខាន់ទៅលើការផ្គត់ផ្គង់ដល់ជនទុរភិក្ស និងការជួយគាំទ្រ យ៉ាងពេញទំហឹងដោយបណ្ដាលប្រទេសជាសមាជិកអាស៊ានចំពោះស្វ័យ សមេ្រចប្រទេសកម្ពុជា។
