The sub-commission consists of 26 human rights experts, including law professors, jurists, lawyers, and former high court judges selected from the five geographical areas of the world. It was set up keep respect for human rights under review.
អនុកម្មាធិការបានលើកឡើងនូវអ្នកជំនាញខាងសិទិ្ធមនុស្សចំនួន២៦នាក់ ដែលរួមមាន សាស្ដ្រចារ្យផ្នែកច្បាប់, នីតីសាស្ដ្រ, មេធាវី និងអតីតតុលាការជាន់ខ្ពស់បានត្រូវបានជ្រើសរើសមកពីភូមិសាស្ដ្រពីទាំង ប្រាំនៅលើពិភពលោក។ អនុកម្មាធិការបានបង្កើតឡើងមកនេះ ដើម្បីផ្ដល់ ការគោរពដល់ការត្រួតពិនិត្យសិទិ្ធមនុស្ស។
