Amnesty International published a report, Kampuchea: Political Imprisonment and Torture, describing the organization's concerns about human rights violations in the People's Republic of Kampuchea. Its concerns included arbitrary detention of political prisoners of their detention without charge of trial.
អង្គការលើកលែងទោសអន្ដរជាតិបានចុះផ្សាយនូវរបាយការណ៍ ដែលទាក់ ទង នឹងកម្ពុជាគឺនយោបាយនៃការជាប់ឃុំឃាំង និងនយោបាយនៃការធ្វើ ទារុណកម្ម ដែលរៀបរាប់ពីការយល់ឃើញរបស់អង្គការអំពី ការល្មើសទៅ នឹងច្បាប់សិទិ្ធមនុស្សនៅក្នុងសាធារណរដ្ឋប្រជាមានិតកម្ពុជា។ បញ្ហាជាប់ ទាក់ទងដែលរួមមាន ការឃុំឃាំងអ្នកទោសនយោបាយតាមទំនើងចិត្ដ ដោយឃុំឃាំង គ្មានការកាត់ទោសរឺចោទប្រកាន់អ្វីឡើយ។
