Amnesty International recently published a report documenting the plight of thousands of political prisoners held without trial in Kampuchea. Many had been tortured or ill-treated, kept in cruel and inhuman conditions including confinement in underground cell.
អង្គការលើកលែងលើកទោសជាអន្ដរជាតិបានចុះផ្សព្វផ្សាយនូវ របាយការណ៍ឯកសារពីស្ថានភាពអាក្រក់ៗដែលកើតមានលើអ្នកទោស នយោបាយរាប់ពាន់នាក់ដែលជាប់ឃុំឃាំងដោយគ្មានការកាត់ទោសនៅ កម្ពុជា។ ភាគច្រើននៃអ្នកទោសដែលទទួលរងនូវទណ្ឌកម្ម រឺការឈឺចាប់ ដោយសារតែទង្វើដ៏ឃោរឃៅនិងស្ថានភាពអមនុស្សធម៌ដែលរួមបញ្ចូល ទាំងការឃុំឃាំងនៅក្នុងគុកក្រោមដី។
