Because of suspecting a Char Seang of conspiring with traitors Keo Meas and Chhoul, thus the Angkar had ordered [its colleague]to arrest him temporarily. A char Seang was a person, who had been very close to the Angkar and had a lot of actualities.
អង្គការបានបញ្ជារអោយចាប់ខ្លួនអាចារ្យ ស៊ាង ជាបណ្ដោះអាសន្ន ដោយសង្ស័យថា អាចារ្យស៊ាងបានចូលរួមគំនិតក្បត់ជាមួយ កែវ មាស និង ឈូក។ អាចារ្យស៊ាង ជាមនុស្សដែលជីតស្និទ្ធ និងអង្គការ និងមានគុណសម្បត្ដិច្រើន។
