Communist-backed rebel troops pushed into the Western and North-Western outskirts of Phnom Penh, advancing nearly to the heart of Phnom Penh. Along the way, they burned refugee hats and sent thousants of civilians pouring into the capital.
យោធាក្រុមឧទ្ទាមដែលគាំទ្រដោយពួកកុម្មុយនិស្ដ បានជម្រុញឱ្យដល់ជាយក្រុងភ្នំពេញ។ នៅតាមផ្លូវ ពួកឧទ្ទាមបានដុតខ្ទប់របស់ជនភៀសខ្លួន និង បព្ជាូន ប្រជាជនស៊ីវិលរាប់ពាន់នាក់ ចូលក្នុងរាជធានីភ្នំពេញ។
