Prum Phat aka Sou, messenger of division 310, confessed that Phann, messenger of division 310, was a traitorous force; Phann carried out treacherous activities, and gathered forces to be ready to attack the party on September 1976 in Phnom Penh.
ព្រំ ផាត ហៅ ស៊ូ នីរសារកងពល ៣១០ បានសារភាពថា ផាន់ នីរសារ កងពល ៣១០ ជាបក្សពួកក្បត់ និងបានធ្វើសកម្មភាពក្បត់ ប្រមូលកម្លាំងត្រៀមវាយបក្សនៅភំ្នពេញនៅខែ៩-១៩៧៦។
