At the Bangkok NGO forum, participants from five Cambodian human rights organizations presented their concerns over 110 NGOs present. As a result, the forum decided to ''adopt'' Cambodia for solidarity actions over the next several years. Several possible tasks for Asian NGOs were discussed.
វេទិកានៅទីក្រុងបាងកកដែលមានការចូលរួមដោយអង្គការសិទិ្ធមនុស្សចំនួន៥ ដែលមានវត្ដមាននៅក្នុងវេទិការនេះរួមជាមួយនឹងអង្គការមិនមែនរដ្ឋាភិបាល ជាងមួយដប់អង្គការដ៏ទៃទៀត។ ជាលទ្ធផល នៃកិច្ចប្រជុំនេះគឺសមេ្រចថា យល់ព្រមឱ្យប្រទេសកម្ពុជាបន្ដធ្វើសកម្មភាពសាមគ្គីសម្រាប់២-៣ឆ្នាំខាង មុខទៀត។ កិច្ចការដែលអាចធ្វើឡើងបានសម្រាប់អង្គការមិនមែនរដ្ឋា ភិបាលអាស៊ានគឺត្រូវបានលើកយកមកពិភាក្សា។
