Stephen J.Solarz's letter to Hon Gaston Sigur was to confirm that US President Signed resolution in support of a free and independent Cambodia, the withdrew of all Vietnamese forces from Cambodia and Protection of the Cambodian people from a return to power by the Khmer Rouge.
សេ្ទនហេ្វន ជេ សូឡាស ធ្វើលិខិតទៅ ហ៊ន ហ្គាសស្ទន់ ស៊ីងហ្គឺ ជាកិច្ចយល់ព្រមថា ប្រធានាធិបតីសហរដ្ឋអាមេរិកចុះហត្ថលេខាដោះស្រាយក្នុងការគាំទ្រ ដើម្បីឱ្យសេរីភាពនិង ឯករាជ្យភាពជូនកម្ពុជាការដកចេញនូវកម្លាំងទ័ពវៀតណាមទាំងអស់ពីកម្ពុជា និង ការការពារនៃប្រជាជនកម្ពុជាពីការវិលត្រលប់មកកាន់អំណាចវិញដោយខ្មែរក្រហម។
