Preap Kim Sean aka Mann, commander of Battalion, Division 920, confessed that in August 1976, Ven and Po received a plot from Chhin to build the Free Khmer forces and prepared place to keep rice stolen from the Angkar.
ព្រាប គឹមស៊ន ហៅ ម៉ាន់ បញ្ជាការវរសេនាតូច កងពល៩២០បាន ឆ្លើយថាៈ នៅខែ៨-១៩៧៦ ឈ្មោះ វ៉េន និង ពោ បានទទួល ផែនការពីឈ្មោះ ឈិន ឱ្យអនុវត្ដកសាងកម្លាំងខ្មែរសេរីឱ្យបានច្រើន រៀបចំទុកដាក់ផលស្រូវដែលលួចពីអង្គការបាន។
