Po Meng's husband called Lun Ham.Lun Ham was sent to kill in 1976 when he was 60 years old. Po Meng has 7 children, but two of them died. Her father called Tun. Her mother called Keo. Her father died because of sickness. Her mother died in 1980. Po Meng has 5 siblings, but one of them died in the Khmer Rouge regime. In the Khmer Rouge regime, she was lacking of food, medical care, and shelter. She used to be brainwashed. She was close to death. She was separated from her family members. Recently, she has recurrent thoughts of the most hurtful events. She feels as though the event is happening again. She feels jumpy or easily startled. She finds it is difficult to concentrate. She has trouble sleeping. She is avoiding activities that remind her of the traumatic events. She feels as if she does not have a future. She is avoiding thoughts associatee with the traumatic experience. She is sudden emotional when reminded of the most hurtful events. She find it is difficult in performing her daily tasks. She feels hopelessness.
