Preap Kim Sean aka Mann, commander of Battalion 920, confessed that in May 1976, Y and Vat called upon Say to have plan to increase the Free Khmer forces and to expand rice fields for producing more food. Three months later, the two received 2nd plot from Chhin and Say to recruit more forces to be integrated into the Free Khmer.
ព្រាប គឹមស៊ន ហៅ ម៉ាន់ បញ្ជាការវរសេនាតូច ៩២០ បាន ឆ្លើយថាៈ នៅខែ៥-១៩៧៦ ឈ្មោះ អ៊ី និង វ៉ាត ត្រូវបានឈ្មោះ សយហៅទៅប្រជុំទទួលផែនការឱ្យកសាងកម្លាំងខ្មែរសេរី និង ពង្រីក ដីធ្វើស្រែត្រៀមស្បៀង។ បីខែក្រោយមកពីរនាក់នេះបានទៅទទួល ផែនការជាលើកទីពីរពីឈ្មោះឈិននិងសយឱ្យកសាងកម្លាំងបញ្ចូល ក្នុងអង្គការខ្មែរសេរី។
