This was the convention on un-enforcing on statutes of limitation on the war crime and the crime against humanity that had been approved, opened for ratification and participated by the resolution of general assembly, No. 2391 on November 26, 1968.
នេះជាអនុសញ្ញាស្ដីពីការមិនអនុវត្ដអាជ្ញាយុកាលចំពោះឧក្រិដ្ឋកម្ម សង្គ្រាម និងឧក្រិដ្ឋកម្មប្រឆាំងមនុស្សជាតិ ដែលបានអនុម័ត និង បើកចំហរសំរាប់ចុះហត្ថលេខាអោយសច្ចាប័ន និងសូមចូលរួមដោយ សេចក្ដីសំរេចចិត្ដរបស់មហាសន្និបាតលេខ ២៣៩១ នាថ្ងៃទី ២៦ វិច្ឆិកា ១៩៦៨។
