On the eve of the 14th anniversary of the Khmer Rouge capture of Phnom Penh, over a thousand Cambodian survivors of Pol Pot genocide were appealing to Cambodian political leaders to adopt human rights treaties as part of the negotiations and peace settlement for Cambodia.
នៅមុនខួបអនុស្សាវរីយ៍លើកទី១៤នៃការត្រួតត្រាទីក្រុងភ្នំពេញរបស់ក្រុម ខ្មែរក្រហមប្រជាជនកម្ពុជាជាងមួយពាន់នាក់ដែលនៅសល់ជីវិតពីរបបប្រល័យ ពូជសាសន៍ ប៉ុល ពត បានអំពាវនាវដល់មេដឹកនាំនយោបាយកម្ពុជា ជាច្រើនរូបអនុវត្ដន៍ទៅតាមសន្និសញ្ញាស្ដីពីសិទិ្ធមនុស្សដែលជាផ្នែកមួយនៃ កិច្ចចរចារនិងដំណោះស្រាយដោយសន្ដិវិធីសម្រាប់កម្ពុជា។
