In a news conference, Mr. Kissinger said very clear information indicated that officers as low as the rank of second lieutenant in the defeated army and their wives were being killed and millions of Phnom Penh residents marched into rural area where they will lack food before the November harvest.
នៅក្នុងសន្និសិទសារព័ត៌មានមួយ លោក ឃីស៊ីងហ្គឺ បាននិយាយចង្អុលបង្ហាញយ៉ាងច្បាស់ថាមន្ដ្រីយោធឋានៈអនុសេនីយ៍ត្រី(សក្ដិ១) ក្នុងជួរកងទ័ពចុះចូល និង ប្រពន្ធរបស់ពួកគេត្រូវបានសម្លាប់ និងប្រជាជនក្រុងភ្នំពេញរាប់ពាន់នាក់ បានដើរជាក្បួនទៅទីជនបទ ដែលជាទីកន្លែងខ្វះខាតអាហារ មុនរដូវច្រូតកាត់ស្រូវ ក្នុងខែវិច្ឆិកា។
