In the absence of any viable political settlement, Cambodia once again faces the specter of a return to a genocide and imminent civil war unless specific measures were taken to support peace, freedom, independence, democracy, human rights and self -determination for Cambodia.
នៅក្នុងការអនុវត្ដមាននៃការដោះស្រាយនយោបាយដែលអាចសមេ្រចបាន ប្រទេសកម្ពុជាបានចាប់ផ្ដើមប្រឈមមុខនឹងស្រមោលនៃការវិលត្រឡប់មក ទៀតនៃអំពើប្រល័យពូជសាសន៍និងសង្គ្រាមស៊ីវិលដែលអាចនឹងកើតមាន ឡើងលើកលែងតែវិធានការជាក់លាក់ដែលយកមកដើម្បីគាំទ្រសន្ដិភាព សេរីភាព ឯករាជ្យ ប្រជាធិបតេយ្យ សិទិ្ធមនុស្សនិងបានបេ្ដជ្ញាចិត្ដដោយ ខ្លួនឯងសម្រាប់ប្រទេសកម្ពុជា។
