On 4 May 1993, one Cambodian male named Mr. Loze armed with a pistol went to the electoral office in Russey Keo district and threatened to kill an UNTAC driver present in the said office.
នៅថ្ងៃទី ៤ ឧសភា ១៩៩៣ បុរសកម្ពុជាម្នាក់ដែលមានឈ្មោះថា លោក ឡូស មានអាវុធជាប់និងដៃ ជាមួយកាំភ្លើងខ្លីមួយដើមដើម្បីទៅ ការិយា ល័យនៃអ្នករៀបចំ ការបោះឆ្នោត នៅក្នុងស្រុក ប្ញស្សីកែវ និងបាន គម្រាមសម្លាប់អ្នកបើកឡានឱ្យអាជ្ញាធរបណ្ដោះអាសន្នរបស់អង្គការ សហប្រជាជាតិប្រចាំកម្ពុជាម្នាក់នៅក្នុងការិយាល័យផ្ដល់ព័ត៌មានភ្លាមៗ។
