On October 14, 1950, the government of Cambodia formally acceded the convention, without reservation. As successor government democratic Kampuchea assumed all responsibilities and international obligations of Cambodia.
នៅថ្ងៃទី ១៤ ឆ្នាំ១៩៥០ រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជាបានទទួលស្គាល់ជាផ្លូវការ នៃអនុសញ្ញានេះ ដោយគ្មានការរិះគន់។ រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលក្រោយរបបកម្ពុជា ប្រជាធិបតេយ្យបានទទួលខុសត្រូវទាំងអស់ព្រមទាំងកាតព្វកិច្ចអន្ដរជាតិ របស់ប្រទេសកម្ពុជា។
