Under a gray sky the streets of Hanoi bustle with life, informed source said that the radio attack come in the wake of two clashes on the China-Vietnam border causing 30 Vietnamese deaths. The increase in tension was due to the belief that China had stepped up its shipment of arms through Kampong Som to two ships a week.
