McGovern was serious about an international expeditionary force to intervene and stop the blood bath in Cambodia. The senator was trying to show that, despite his long silence, he was still concerned about the death of all Cambodian people.
មេចហ្គូរ៉េនមានភាពប្រាកដប្រជាអំពើកំលាំងបេសកម្មអន្ដរជាតិដើម្បីអន្ដរាគមន៍ និង បញ្ឈប់ការបង្ហូរឈាមនៅកម្ពុជា។ អ្នកតំណាងព្រឹទ្ធសភាបានព្យាយាមបង្ហាញថា បើទោះបីជាគាត់ស្ងៀមស្ងាត់យូរមកហើយក៏គាត់នៅតែមានការព្រួយបារមភអំពីការស្លាប់នៃប្រជាជនកម្ពុជាទាំងអស់នោះដែរ។
