កំណត់សម្គាល់សេចក្ដីសង្ខេប :
Chhim Samoeun, soldier of artillery battalion, division 310, confessed that Ran was in the black shadow line with Yy[was killed in 1975]. [Samoeun]hid himself and other 2, Yy and Lan[was arrested], in the military base. From 1974 to 1976, Ran assigned traitorous networks to throw guns away and defect the infantry in order to destroy the revolutionary forces and Angkar's artillery unit, to provokeconflict in unit, to destroy rice production at Boeng Pra Yap, to secretly shoot the committee of division 310, to convince soldier to flee into their house and to set up plan to attack the party in July 1975 and in September 1976.
ឈឹម សាមឿនយុទ្ធជនវរសេនាតូចកងកាំភ្លើងធំ កងពល៣១០ បាន និយាយថា រ៉ន ស្ថិតនៅក្នុងខ្សែស្រមោលខ្មៅជាមួយ យី«បានកមេ្ទច ក្នុងឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៥» ខ្លួនបានចូលទៅបង្កប់ក្នុងកងទ័ព ដែលមានឈ្មោះ យី ឡន គណៈស្រុក «ចាប់ហើយ» និង រ៉ន។ ចាប់ពីឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ ១៩៧៦ រ៉ន បានចាត់តាំងបក្សពួកអោយដកកាំភ្លើងរត់ចោលថ្មើរជើង ដើម្បីបផ្លាញខ្សែត្រៀម កមេ្ទចកម្លាំងបដិវត្ដ កមេ្ទចកាំភ្លើងធំរបស់ អង្គការ បង្កទំនាស់នៅក្នុងអង្គភាព បំផ្លាញផលស្រូវនៅបឹងស្រយ៉ាប លបបាញ់គណៈកងពល៣១០ និងបំផុសយុទ្ធជន អោយរត់ទៅផ្ទះ ផែនការផ្ទុះអាវុធវាយបក្សខែ៧ ១៩៧៥ និងខែ៩ ១៩៧៦។
