Mr. Curt Goering on behalf of Amnesty International USA wrote letter to Joel Charney, concerning torture and arbitrary political imprisonment in Kampuchea. He enclosed in the letter the report on Human Rights Violation in Kampuchea.
លោក ខឺត ហ្គោរហ្គឺ បានតាំងនាមឱ្យអង្គការលើកលែងទោសអន្ដរជាតិប្រចាំ សហរដ្ឋអាមេរិកបានសរសេរសំបុត្រមួយច្បាប់ផ្ញើមកកាន់ ជូល ឆានី ដោយ បង្ហាញអំពីការធ្វើទារុណកម្មនិងការឃុំឃាំងពីផ្នែកនយោបាយ តាម ទំនើងចិត្ដនៅកម្ពុជា។ លោកក៏បានបញ្ជាក់នៅក្នុងសំបុត្រអំពីរបាយការណ៍ ស្ដីពីការរំលោភបំពាននៅសិទិ្ធមនុស្សនៅកម្ពុជាផងដែរ។
