Chhim Samoeun, soldier of artillery battalion, division 310, confessed that Kaon was in the traitorous network of Ran. In July 1975, Ran invited Kaon and other networks in battalion 311 to join a traitorous meeting. During the meeting, Kaon and other networks were assigned to hide themselves in the unit in order to destroy rice production at Boeng Pra Yap, to secretly shoot the committee of division 310 and to convince soldiers to flee to home.
ឈឹម សាមឿនយុទ្ធជនវរសេនាតូចកងកាំភ្លើងធំ កងពល៣១០ បាន និយាយថា កោន ស្ថិតនៅក្នុងខ្សែក្បត់ និងក្បត់បក្សដោយសារ រ៉ន ជាអ្នកអប់រំ។ ខែ៧-១៩៧៥ រ៉ន បានហៅ កោន មកប្រជុំទទួល ផែនការក្បត់បក្សជាមួួបក្សពួកនៅវរសេនាតូច៣១១ អោយបង្កប់ ក្នុងអង្គភាព បំផ្លាញផលស្រូវនៅបឹងប្រយ៉ាប លបបាញ់គណៈកង ពល៣១០ និងបំផុសយុទ្ធជនអោយរត់ទៅផ្ទះជាដើម។
