លោក ឌិន ប្រ៊ន បានផ្ដល់សេចក្ដីថ្លែងការណ៍ពីការគាំទ្រទៅលើបញ្ញាតិ ច្បាប់សិទិ្ធមនុស្ស ៨០៧ «អនុសញ្ញាអំពើប្រល័យពូជសាសន៍ ១៩៨៧» មុនពេលអនុគណៈកម្មាធិការទៅលើជនអន្ដោប្រវេសន៍, ភៀសខ្លួន និង ច្បាប់អន្ដរជាតិ អនុគណៈកម្មាធិការទៅលើច្បាប់យុត្ដាធិការតំណាងសភា។
