Chhim Samoeun, soldier of artillery battalion, division 310, confessed that in August 1976, Ran invited Re, Sien and Ang to join a meeting in order to persuade Riem, Chha, Chorn and Thoeun to serve for Moeun's network and assigned the 4 to carry out activity of stirring up turmoil at the back front. When they were walking on the road, the Angkar arrested them.
ឈឹម សាមឿនយុទ្ធជនវរសេនាតូច កងកាំភ្លើងធំ កងពល៣១០បាន និយាយថា នៅខែ៨-១៩៧៦ រ៉ន បានហៅ រ៉េ, សៀន និង អង់ មកប្រជុំដើម្បីចាត់តាំងឈ្មោះ រៀម, ឆា, ជន និង ធឿន មកធើ្វជាបក្សពួករបស់ខ្លួន «មឿន»ហើយអោយអ្នកទាំង៤នាក់ នោះធើ្វសកម្មភាពអុកឡុកនៅខាក្រោយ។ ពេលធើ្វដំណើរតាម ផ្លូវត្រូវអង្គការចាប់ខ្លួនបានទាំងអស់។
