Chhim Samoeun, soldier of artillery battalion, division 310, confessed that Ran was a traitorous network with Yy. Ran assigned Sot, Huot and Ang to throw guns away and defect from infantry division in order to destroy frontline and revolutionary forces. Between 1975 and 1976, Ran assigned his traitorous networks to provoke problem in the unit, to destroy rice warehouse at Boeng Pra Yap, to secretly shoot committee of division 310, to convince soldiers to flee into their house and to set up a plan to attack the party between July and September 1976.
ឈឹម សាមឿន យុទ្ធជនវរសេនាតូចកងកាំភ្លើងធំ កងពល៣១០បាន និយាយថា រ៉ន ស្ថិតនៅក្នុងខ្សែក្បត់ជាមួយ យី។ រ៉ន បានចា់តាំង សុត, ហួត, អង់អោយដកកាំភ្លើងរត់ចោលថ្មើរជើង ដើម្បីបំផ្លាញ ខ្សែត្រៀមនិងកមេ្ទចកម្លាំងបដិវត្ដ។ នៅក្នុងឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥-១៩៧៦ រ៉នបានចាត់តាំងកម្លាំងក្បត់របស់ខ្លួន ដើម្បីបង្កទំនាស់ក្នុងអ្គភាព បំផ្លាញផលស្រូវនៅបឹងប្រយ៉ាប លបបាញ់គណៈកងពល៣១០ បំផុសយុទ្ធជនអោយរត់ទៅផ្ទះ និងផែនការណ៍វាយបក្សខែ៧ ១៩៧៦ និងខែ៩ ១៩៧៦។
