The desires of the revolution were to bring up the current situation of the Kampuchean revolution in order to examine the circumstances neccesitating the building up of cadre ranks at every level and on the national defence situation and building up cadre to serve in the duty of defending the country.
គោលបំណងនៃក្រុមបដិវត្ដន៍គឺចង់នាំយកនូវស្ថានការណ៍ថ្មីៗនៃក្រុមបដិវត្ដន៍ កម្ពុជា ដើម្បីធ្វើការសាកល្បងក្នុងការបង្កើតនូវជួរកម្មាភិបាលគ្រប់ជាន់ថ្នាក់ សម្រាប់កាលៈទេសៈចាំបាច់ណាមួយ និងទៅលើស្ថានការណ៍ ការពារជាតិ ព្រមទាំងបង្កើតកម្មាភិបាលសម្រាប់ក្នុងកិច្ចការ ការពារប្រទេសជាតិ។
