Ieng Sary, Deputy premier of Kampuchea, told reporters that he had invited United Nations Secretary Genral Kurt Waldheim to visit his country, to see for himself whether allegations of human rights violations were true.
អៀង សារី ជាឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្ដ្រីកម្ពុជា បានប្រាប់ទៅអ្នកសារព័ត៌មានថា លោកបានធ្វើការអព្ជោីញអគ្គលេខាធិការរបស់អង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិឈ្មោះ ខឺត វ៉លដែម ទៅធ្វើទស្សនានៅប្រទេសរបស់ខ្លួន។ ដើម្បីមើឱ្យឃើញខ្លួនឯងថាតើកាចោទប្រកាន់លើរឿងរំលោភបំពានសិទ្ធមនុស្ស គឺជាការពិត។
