Chhim Samoeun, soldier of artillery battalion, division 310, confessed that Ang was a traitorous network of Ran, deputy secretary of artillery battalion, because Ran indoctrinated Ang with treason. Ran assigned Ang to throw gun away and defect from the infantry in order to destroy frontline and revolutionary forces. Moreover, Ang was asked to fire shell 12.8 mm artillery and DK 82 mm artillery soas to frighten soldiers and cause them did not dare to fight with the enemy. In July 1975, Ran invited his networks to attend a meeting at office of battalion 311 in order to receive the plans to provoke problem in unit, to destroy rice at Boeng Pra Yap and to attack the party in July 1976.
ឈឹម សាមឿន យុទ្ធជនវរសេនាតូច កងកាំភ្លើងធំ កងពល ៣១០ បាននិយាយថា អង់ស្ថិតនៅក្នុងខ្សែក្បត់របស់ រ៉ន អនុលេខា វរសេនាតូចកាំភ្លើងធំ ហើយ រ៉ន ក៏ជាអ្នកអប់រំ អោយក្បត់ បក្សដែរ។ រ៉ន បានចាត់តាំងអង់ អោយដកកាំភ្លើង និងរត់ចោល ថ្មើរជើងដើម្បីបំផ្លាញខ្សែត្រៀម បំផ្លាញកម្លាំងបដិវត្ដ បាញ់ កាំភ្លើង១២.៨ និងដេកា៨២ ដើម្បីកុំអោយុទ្ធជនងើបក្បាលឡើង សំរុកទៅមុខបាន។ ខែ៧-១៩៧៥ រ៉ន បានហៅបក្សពួកប្រជុំ នៅវរសេនាតូច៣១១ ដើម្បីទទួលផែនារកអោយបង្កទំនាស់ ក្នុងអង្គភាព បំផ្លាញស្រុវនៅបឹងប្រយ៉ាប និងផ្ទុះអាវុធវាយបក្ស នៅខែ៧-១៩៧៦។
