Ieng Sary described how easy it was for a Khmer Rouge figure to go from office to prison. If three people accused someone or said someone was an agent of the CIA of KGB, then that person it was accepted as true, and that person was arrested.
អៀង សារី បាបរៀបរាប់ថាតើវាងាយស្រួលយ៉ាងណាសម្រាប់សមាជិកខ្មែរក្រហមត្រូវគេយកចេញពីការិយាល័យទៅដាក់គុក។ បើមានមនុស្សបីនាក់ចោទប្រកាន់នរណាម្នាក់ឬនិយាយថានរណាម្នាក់ជាភ្នាក់ងារ សេ អ៊ី អា ឬ កា ហេ្ស បេ អ្នកនោះនឹងត្រូវទទួលស្គាល់ថារឿងហ្នឹងជាការពិត ហើយនឹងត្រូវចាប់ខ្លួន។
