David Hawk said in his letter that neither the Vietnamese nor their support sponsored regime in Phnom Penh would met with Amnesty International to discuss AI's concern over serious human rights problem in contemporary Cambodia.
ដេវីដ ហក បានសរសេរនៅក្នុងសំបុត្ររបស់លោកថា មិនថាក្រុមវៀត ណាមរឺការគាំទ្ររបស់វៀតណាមដែលឧបត្ថម្ហដល់របបនៅក្នុងទីក្រុងភ្នំពេញ ទេ គឺត្រូវតែជួបជាមួយនឹងអង្គកាលើលែងទោសអន្ដរជាតិ ដើម្បីពិភាក្សា ពីការយល់ឃើញរបស់អង្គការលើកលែងទោសអន្ដរជាតិទៅ លើវិបតិ្ដ ធ្ងន់ធ្ងរនៃបញ្ហាសិទិ្ធមនុស្សនៅក្នុងដែនដីប្រទេសកម្ពុជា។
