David Hawk expressed in his letter about his appreciation for the US-Cambodia policy announced in Paris. However, Hawk continued to have several concerns about the policy and hoped to continue to discuss his suggestions and recommendation with US officials.
ដេវីដ ហក បានសរសេរពីការថ្លែងអំណរគុណរបស់លោកសម្រាប់ នយោបាយសហរដ្ឋអាមេរិកប្រទេសកម្ពុជាដែលបានប្រកាសនៅទីក្រុងប៉ារីស ។ យ៉ាងណាក៏ដោយ ក៏ ហក នៅតែបន្ដបង្ហាញចំណុច២-៣ ទៀតអំពីគោលនយោបាយនិងក្ដីសង្ឃឹមសម្រាបបន្ដការពិភាក្សាទៅលើ សំណើរួមទាំងអនុសាសន៍របស់លោកជាមួយនឹងមន្ដ្រីសហរដ្ឋអាមេរិក។
