David Hawk wrote a letter to Jack Healey, Larry Cox and Mary Daly to inform them about the systematic torture in Cambodia. He attached with the letter a copy of an English translation of the interrogation's notes.
ដេវីដ ហក បានផ្ញើសំបុត្រមួយច្បាប់ទៅកាន់ ជេក ហ៊ាលីយ, ឡារី ខុកស៍ និង ម៉ារី ដាលី ដើម្បីប្រាប់ពួកគេពីការធ្វើទារុណកម្មជាប្រព័ន្ធនៅកម្ពុជា។ គាត់បានភ្ជាប់ជាមួយសំបុត្រនោះនូវឯកសារចម្លងជាភាសាអង់គេ្លសមួយ ច្បាប់នៃការកត់ត្រាការសួរចម្លើយ។
