David Hawk hoped that Senator Mc. Govern could help Amnesty International in its present work on the problem of political imprisonment and torture in Cambodia. Hawk Stressed that Mc. Govern was centrally important to this effort.
ដេវី ហក សង្ឃឹមថាសមាជិកព្រឹទ្ធសភា ម៉េក ហូ្គវ៉េន នឹងជួយផ្ដល់ដល់ អង្គការលើកលែងទោសអន្ដរជាតិដើម្បីសមេ្រចនូវការងារបច្ចុប្បន្នរបស់ អង្គការទៅលើវិបតិ្ដនៃនយោបាយការដាក់ឃុំឃាំង និងនយោបាយនៃធ្វើ ទារុណកម្មនៅក្នុងប្រទេសកម្ពុជា។ ហក សង្កត់ធ្ងន់ថា ម៉េក ហូ្គវ៉េន គឺជា បុគ្គលដែលសំខាន់មួយរូបនៅក្នុងកិច្ចការងារមួយនេះ។
