To understand Vietnam's policy toward Kampuchea, it was necessary to confront the historical Vietnamese conviction that close unity among the three Indochinese states was vital to Vietnam's security.
ដើម្បីយល់កាន់តែច្បាស់អំពីគោលនយោបាយរបស់វៀតណាមដែលបាន ដាក់មកលើកម្ពុជានោះអ្វីដែលសំខាន់បំផុតនោះគឺត្រូវប្រឈមមុខទៅនឹងការជឿជាក់របស់ប្រជាជនវៀតណាមទៅលើប្រវតិ្ដសាស្ដ្ររបស់ខ្លួនដែលមាន សភាពជិតដិតបំផុតទៅនឹងរដ្ឋឥណ្ឌូចិនទាំងបីដែលជារដ្ឋសំខាន់ៗសម្រាប់សន្ដិសុខរបស់ប្រទេសវៀតណាម។
