To get to Sok Sann village perched a top asleep hill facing the Thai border first required a 90-minute tractor ride through tapioca fields and jungle. Everything that the 2,613 inhabitants need, including all their food, might come up the same way because nothing grew there that could be eaten.
ដើម្បីធ្វើដំណើរទៅដល់ភូមិសុខសាន្ដបានភៀសខ្លួនទាំងអស់ត្រូវដើរឆ្លងកាត់ តាមកំពូលភ្នំពីមួយទៅពីជ្រលងមួយទៅជ្រលងមួយ ដោយកាត់តាមព្រំដែន ថៃយ៉ាងហោចណាស់ ក៏ត្រូវចំណាយពេលអស់៩០នាទីដែរ ហើយត្រូវការ ត្រាក់ទ័រ រឺឡានធំៗ ដើម្បីបន្ដជិះកាត់ចម្ការដំឡូងឈើ និង ឆ្លងកាត់ព្រៃ ជ្រៅទៅដល់ភូមិនោះ ។ សម្ភារៈគ្រប់ប្រភេទដែលអ្នកស្រុងជាង២៦១៣ នាក់ត្រូវការរួមបញ្ចូលទាំងស្បៀងអាហារផ្ទាល់ខ្លួនក៏ត្រូវបានគេចាត់ទុកជា របស់រួមដែរ ដោយសារតែនៅទីនោះគឺគ្មានអ្វីដែលអាចដាំដុះ សម្រាប់បរិ ភោគបានសោះ។
