Dith Pran, a survivor of the Khmer Rouge atrocity, made the statement upon returning from his visit to Cambodia. He was very concerned about the information that civilian refugees at Site 2 would be returned to base camps inside Cambodia after the Vietnamese withdrawal, no matter what the outcome of Paris Peace Conference was.
ឌិត ប្រ៊ន ជាអ្នករស់រានមានជីវិតពីអំពើឃោរឃៅរបស់ខ្មែរក្រហម។ លោក ក៏បានធ្វើសេចក្ដីថ្លែងការណ៍មួយនៅពេលដែលលោក ត្រឡប់មក ពីដំណើរទស្សនកិច្ចនៅប្រទេសកម្ពុជា។ គាត់មានការខ្វល់ខ្វាយ អំពីព័ត៌មាន ដែលថា ជនភៀសខ្លួនស៊ីវិលនៅជំរំសាយធូ អាចនឹងវិលត្រឡប់ទៅកាន់ជំរំ មូលដ្ឋាននៅក្នុងប្រទេសកម្ពុជា ក្រោយពេលដែលកងទ័ពវៀតណាមត្រូវបាន ដកចេញ មិនថាមានលទ្ធផលយ៉ាងណាទេ ចំពោះសន្និសីទសន្ដិភាព ក្រុងប៉ារីស ។
