Dith Pran would like to ask you to include in the communiques or declarations of future negotiation sessions and in the final text of a settlement agreement provisions pledging all of the Cambodian parties to the settlement to observe and respect the human rights.
ឌិន ប្រន មានបំណងចង់សាកសួរទៅកាន់ព្រះអង្គចង់ឱ្យបញ្ចូលនៅក្នុងការជូន ដំណឹង ឬសេចក្ដីប្រកាសអំពីសម័យប្រជុំនៃកិច្ចចរចារនាពេលអនាគត និងនៅក្នុងអត្ថបទចុងក្រោយបង្អស់នៃខសន្យាកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងដំណោះស្រាយ ដោយគ្រប់ភាគីទាំងអស់នៅកម្ពុជាធ្វើសច្ចាប្រណិធានដើម្បីជាការដោះ ស្រាយដោយប្រតិបតិ្ដនិងគោរពទៅលើសិទិ្ធមនុស្ស។
