Many refugees had told the UN about their sorrowful case in order that UN and US would take quick action to rescue Cambodians, who had suffered from the execution and human rights violation. US believed that there was such a thing in Cambodia, but they needed further investigation.
ជនភៀសខ្លួនជាច្រើននាក់ បានប្រាប់ដល់អង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិពីរឿងរ៉ាវដ៏ឈឺចាប់របស់ពួកគេដើម្បីឱ្យអង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិ និងសហរដ្ឋអាមេរិក ធ្វើការចាត់សកម្មភាពឱ្យបានរហ័សដើម្បីជួយសង្គ្រាមប្រជាជនកម"ុជា ដែលបានទទួលរងការឈឺចាប់ពីការសម្លាប់ និងការរំលោភបំពានសិទ្ធិមនុស្ស។ សហរដ្ឋអាមេរិក ជឿជាក់ថាមានរឿងរ៉ាវាបែបនេះកើតឡើងនៅប្រទេសកម"ុជាប៉ុនែÒពួកគេត្រូវបានសេុីបអងេ្កតបន្ថែម។
