Democratic Kampuchea's point of view was that to guarantee the agreement on the comprehensive political settlement of the Kampuchean problem and the independence, neutrality and territorial integrity of Kampuchea, there should be a United Nations International Commission or another International Commission or a United Nations Peace keeping Force.
ចំណុចបង្ហាញរហស់បក្សកម្ពុជាប្រជាធិបតេយ្យគឺធានាទៅនឹងកិច្ចសន្យាលើដំណោះស្រាយចំពោះបព្ហានយោបាយនៃកម្ពុជានិងឯករាជ្យភាពអព្យាក្រឹត្យនិង បូរណភាពទឹកដីនៃកម្ពុជាដែលគណៈកម្មការនៃអង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិរឺគណៈកម្មកាអន្ដរជាតិដទៃទៀត រឺសន្ដិភាពក្នុងការដាក់កំលាំងទ័ពនៃអង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិ។
