From October 30 to November 14 1984, a Lawyer Committee delegation conducted a fact-finding mission in Kampuchea. From the testimonies that the mission judged to be reliable, clear patterns of violations emerged in the PRK and the DK. The group found that in the PRk the rule of law was not respected.
ចាប់ពីខែតុលាទី៣០ ដល់ខែវិច្ឆិកាទី១៤ ឆ្នាំ១៩៨៤ គណៈកម្មាធិការ មេធាវីបានដឹកនាំនូវបេសកម្មមួយស្ដីពីស្វែងរកការពិតនៅកម្ពុជា។ ចំពោះសក្ខីភាពដែលបេសកម្មបានវិច្ឆ័យគឺអាចចាត់ទុកបាន បង្ហាញច្បាស់ លាស់ពីការរំលោភបំពានដែលអាចកើតឡើងនៅក្នុងសម័យសាធារណរដ្ឋ ប្រជាមានិតកម្ពុជា និងកម្ពុជាប្រជាធិបតេយ្យ។ ក្រុមគណៈប្រតិភូបាន រកឃើញថាក្នុងរបបសាធារណរដ្ឋប្រជាមានិតកម្ពុជា បញ្ញាត្ដិដែលចែងនៅ ក្នុងច្បាប់គឺមិនត្រូវបានគេគោរពតាមទេ។
