Rule 15 of the rules of procedure of the functional commissions of the Economic and Social council provided that at the commencement of its first meeting of a regular session the commission shall elect, from among the representatives of its members, a chairman, one or more vice-chairman and such other officers as may be required.
បទបញ្ជាទី១៥ នៃក្រមនិតីវិធីមុខងារបស់គណៈកម្មាធិការនៃក្រុមប្រឹក្សា សេដ្ឋកិច្ចនិងសង្គមបានផ្ដល់ឱ្យនៅពេលចាប់ផ្ដើមការ ប្រជុំជាលើកដំបូងនៃ សម័យប្រជុំធម្មតា គណៈកម្មាធិការត្រូវបានជ្រើសរើសពីតំណាងសមាជិក ជាច្រើន ប្រធានមួយរួម អនុប្រធានមួយរូបរឺច្រើនរូបនិងបុគ្គលិកដទៃទៀត ដែលបានតម្រូវឱ្យចូលរួម។
