After a long isolation, communist regime entertained Ne Win. The Cambodian leader asserted that of the liberation of the country in 1975, Cambodia had been defending and protecting its borders and that it would not let anyone seize Cambodia territory.
បន្ទាប់ពីផ្ដាច់ខ្លួនអស់ពេលមួយរយៈពេលវែងមក របបកុម្មនិស្ដបានទទួលស្វាគមន៍ លោក នេ វ៉ីន។ មេដឹកនាំកម្ពុជាបានធ្វើការអះអាងពីការរំដោះប្រទេសឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥ ដែលកម្ពុជាបាននិងកំពុងទប់ទល់ការពារព្រំដែនរបស់ខ្លួន ហើយនឹងមិនអនុព្ញាតឱ្យនរណាម្នាក់ ដណ្ដើមយកទឹកដីខ្លួនបានឡើយ។
