Dr. Haing Ngor, kassie Neou and David Hawk traveled from the United States to Geneva. Their aim at the Human Rights Commission was to focus attention on the neglected and overlooked aspects of t he Cambodian conflict.
បណ្ឌិត ហ៊ាង ង៉ ខាងស៊ីណៅ និង ដេវីដ ហក ធ្វើដំណើរពីសហរដ្ឋអាមេរិកទៅចេននីវ៉ា។ បំណងរបស់ពួកគេ នៅគណៈកម្មាការសិទ្ធិមនុស្សគឺផ្ដោតទៅលើការយកចិត្ដទុកដាក់លើកង្វះខាត និង ភាពខ្វះចន្លោះនៃវិវាទនៅកម្ពុជា។
