The Philippines took the lead in drafting the resolution. Australian delegation worked with ASEAN countries trying to negotiate for better wording, France was also very interested in better wording of text political motivation.
បព្ហាប្រឈមទៅនឹងគ្រោះថ្នាក់នៃការលុបកម្ពុជាចេញីផែនទីពិភពលោក បក្សកម្ពុជាប្រជាធិបតេយ្យគ្មានកម្មវត្ថុអ្វីក្រៅពីអភិវឌ្ឍ និង កាន់តែពង្រឹងសាមគ្គីភាពនៃប្រជាជនកម្ពុជាទាំងអស់ ដើម្បីធ្វីឱ្យប្រជាជនកម្ពុជាមានសេរីភាពក្នុងការប្រើប្រាស់សិទ្ធរបស់គេទៅលើការសមេ្រចចិត្ដដោយខ្លួនឯង និង ដើម្បីស្ដារប្រទេសកម្ពុជាឱ្យមានភាពប្រសើរឡើងវិញ។
