It was against the bizarre historical setting that several leading Cambodian survivors and their supporter held a press conference in New York to make a wold appeal. They asked the 70 nations that subscribed to the genocide convention.
ព័ត៌មានទាំងនោះហាក់ដូចជាប្រឆាំងទៅនឹងការកំណត់ប្រវតិ្ដសាស្ដ្រដ៏ចម្លែក ដែលអ្នករស់រានមានជីវិតកម្ពុជាដែលសំខាន់មួយចំនួនព្រមទាំងអ្នកឧបត្ថម្ភ ដល់ពួកគេបានបើកសន្និសីទកាសែតដើម្បីដាក់បណ្ដឹងទៅកាន់ពិភពលោកនៅឯទីក្រុងញ៉ូវយ៉ក ។ គេក៏បានសំណូមពរឱ្យមានប្រទេសចំនួន៧០ ធ្វើការ ស៊ីញ៉េយល់ព្រមទៅនឹង សន្និបាតស្ដីពីអំពើប្រល័យពូជាសាសន៍។
