An angry Phnom Penh mob lynched General Lon Non Younger brother of former Cambodian president Lon Non after victorious pro-communist troops marched into the Cambodian capital. Other Cambodian leaders who stayed behind after the defeat, including premier Long Borith and Prince Sisawath Sirik Matak, were shot by firing squads.
