Phnom Penh announced that the Cambodian Government had resigned. Announcement of the resignation was made by Prime Minister Penn North. The resignation was the first step in the reorganization of the government following the national elections and the resignation of head of state Prince Sihanouk.
ក្រុងភ្នំពេញ បានប្រកាសថា រដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជាបានលាលែងពីអំណាច។ សេចក្ដីប្រកាសលាលែងពីតំណែងបានធ្វើឡើងដោយនាយករដ្ឋមន្ដ្រី ប៉ែន នុត។ ការលាលែងពីតំណែងគឺជាជំហានដំបូងក្នុងការរៀបចំឡើងវិញនៃរដ្ឋាភិបាល ស្របតាមការបោះឆ្នោតថ្នាក់ជាតិ និងការលាលែងរបស់ សីហនុ ចេញពីតំណែងប្រមុខរដ្ឋ។
