President Ford request for more arms aid for Cambodia received two staggering blows in congress. The House Foreign Affairs Committee rejected a compromise and Senate Democrats voted 38 to 5, to oppose any more military aid to Cambodia.
ប្រធានាធិបតីហ្វ៉តស្នើសុំជំនួយសព្វាវុធជាច្រើនឱ្យដល់កម្ពុជាទទួបានគ្រឿងសព្វាវុធជា២ប្រភេទនៅក្នុងមហាសន្និបាត។ តំណាងគណៈកម្មាការកិច្ចការបរទេសបានបដិសេធនូវកិច្ចសន្យានិងបោះឆ្នោតដោយប្រធានាធិបតេយ្យព្រឹទ្ធសភាពី៣៨មកត្រឹម៥ ដើម្បីជំទាស់គ្មានការផ្ដល់ជំនួយយោធាដល់កម្ពុជា។
