Chhun Chay, working in small cell, division 170, confessed that he indoctrinated Mei Savann with treason ideology and then recruited him as a Free Khmer member in 1974.
ឈុន ចយ កងតូច កងពល១៧០ បាននិយាយថា ម៉ី សាវ៉ាន់ ជាមនុស្សដែលខ្លួនបានអប់រំ និងកសាងបញ្ចូលជាខ្មែរសេរីបាននៅ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤។
